The hotel had a beautiful design and was clean, making it an inviting space after a long day of exploration. The staff tried their best to accommodate us.

However, our room was uncomfortably hot despite requests for assistance, and the breakfast took an unreasonably long time to arrive. We felt frustrated after waiting nearly an hour.

The vintage charm of my river view room along with the delightful music created a perfect atmosphere after a day of exploring nearby landmarks such as the world's largest gavel and beautiful goodale park, making for an unforgettable stay that was both relaxing and adventurous. while the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the windows could definitely use a thorough cleaning to fully enjoy the nice views.

Cozy room, clean room, the bed was comfortable and the projector for stars on the ceiling was neat. plus, the staff was polite and went out of their way to accommodate us, making our stay enjoyable near the 15 km distance from the nearest airport.

The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, sending us a bottle of wine to celebrate, that moment made us feel like we were the only ones in the place, ya know? Plus, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I mean, I didn't want to get out of it at all.

The star projectors in our King Room made our nights extra special, and the housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. We loved lounging by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. The thermostat was a bit tricky, not going lower than 70 degrees, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay! 😄

Furthermore, the bathroom lacked trash can liners, making for a rather unpleasant experience when dealing with sanitary items. The hot temperatures in both the room and fitness center didn't help either. we felt more like we were in a sauna than a hotel. Breakfast service lagged tremendously, forcing us to adjust plans due to delays and confusion with our orders.
